Greetings

I have been in the Automotive service industry for the past 15 years. I do not claim to specialize in any one manufacture. However I do specialize in advanced automotive solutions. Whether you have a Ferrari, Kia, Electric vehicle or Hybrid we can fix it.

I started my diagnostic services after seeing such a large amount of comebacks in the shop. Typically after a vehicle has come in two to three times for the same concern is when my employer would pull me aside and have me take over the vehicle, often times this was even a former employee reaching out for assistance.

I am passionate about teaching others how to diagnose vehicles properly, as well as educate shops on how to retain quality clientele and employees.

The main services I offer are mobile diagnostics and educational demonstrations. I am often asked to assist repair facilities who need assistance in diagnosing a vehicle or even a second opinion before performing a high cost repair. Other times a individual may reach out for assistance if they are unable to find a repair facility to diagnose their vehicle.

In addition, I perform pre purchase inspections, install and fabricate custom parts (metal and composite), perform programming and tuning as well as conduct educational demonstrations to repair facility employees and managers. This way all customer and non-customer facing employees are up to date on how they can as a team accurately and efficiently repair vehicles all while increasing the automotive industries reputation, customer knowledge and loyalty
